I’m excited to share that I recently completed the Prompt Builder Templates Superbadge Unit, a hands-on project from Salesforce that focuses on building AI-driven automation using the Salesforce Platform.
The Business Use Case
Tranquil Trails Wellness Co., a global wellness provider, is committed to helping clients achieve their fitness goals through personalized coaching. To improve client engagement, Tranquil Trails began collecting open-ended feedback from clients about their goals and recent activities.
Since feedback can come in many languages, the challenge was clear:
Use AI to automatically translate client-submitted survey responses and store the English translation on the record — so wellness coaches can quickly understand and respond with personalized support.
As the Salesforce Admin in this scenario, my goal was to build a seamless, AI-powered solution that would translate feedback in real time, without requiring any manual work from coaches or staff.
What I Built
To solve this, I used a combination of Prompt Builder (Flex type) and Flow Builder:
- ✅ Created a Flex Prompt Template that references the Fitness__c, Contact, and Account objects — designed to scale as more contextual AI features are added.
- ✅ Built a Record-Triggered Flow that:
- Listens for new Fitness records
- Retrieves the related Contact and Account records
- Passes those into the AI prompt
- Uses the AI response to populate a Translated Survey Input field on the same Fitness record
All actions are fully automated, and variables are system-assigned for scalability and maintainability.
Why This Matters
This project demonstrates the power of AI integration in Salesforce to improve user experience and operational efficiency. With this automation:
- Coaches get real-time translated insights
- Language barriers are eliminated
- Client engagement is more personalized and scalable
This Superbadge not only showcases my technical skills with Salesforce Flow and Prompt Builder, but also my ability to apply them to real-world business problems that matter.
